I require more than one site to be fixed, can you help?
Our WordPress Speed Optimization Service covers a single site, but if you need help with more than one site, you can email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a discount on additional sites.
Can you get my site loading in 1 second or less?
Are you performing the work on my website while it’s live?
First we clone your site and insert it into a testing environment, thus enabling us to do A/B testing with no risk of disruption to your live site. Once everything is ready, we implement the changes on your live website.

My WooCommerce site is slow. Can you get it up to speed?
Majority of the time, we work on are WooCommerce sites. Typically we can get your WooCommerce site loading in under 3 seconds! BUT you will need to be on moderately good hosting.
Will I need to move hosting company?
Well, its depend.
When we come to speed optimization, backend (available resource ) play an important role in speed up your site. We can do 100+ thing to optimize your front end, but if the backend is slow then it’s a total waste.
So, We recommend hosting options for customers if it necessary.
Can you provide a detailed list of the changes you make?
We have more than 100 steps in our process, so it would be impractical to report every change. But rest assured, we will certainly let you know all of the big ones.
What will I need to provide you with after I place my order?
To start with, we need the login credentials of WordPress website to find the root cause that is slowing down your website and to fix it, we need;
- Administrator-level WordPress login credentials
- Cpanel Login Credential
Note: All credentials you provide to us are deleted from our server upon completion of the project.
Once your project is completed, please change all password.
What Caching Plugins Do You Recommend?
We will start off with a W3 total cache plugin. If it does not work perfectly with your website then we try another cache plugin such as Comet Cache, Wp Faster cache, Wp Rocket cache.
Do you work on sites that are in multisite installations/networks?
The simple answer is, it depends. So please contact (email@example.com) us prior to ordering so that we can have a look at your network and how you have it set up.
Is there anything you do on every project that I need to know about?
Every website environment is different than another website and needs special treatment.
We first test w3 Total cache, Comet Cache, Wpfastercache or Wp rocket on your website and monitor the result to achieve maximum performance.
Then, we apply our advance speed optimization checklist.
We also use CloudFlare (free version) on every complete WordPress Speed Optimization project. If you are not currently making use of CloudFlare you will need to open a CloudFlare account and have to provide the login detail. (send it to firstname.lastname@example.org)
NOTE: If you are using Sucuri, we cannot implement CloudFlare.
Which CDN you prvoide in the package.
We set up a free account for you, but you can upgrade to any package anytime.
- If you already using CDN, then you can provide us with the login credential of the account, so that we can optimize it.
- If you want to use another CDN service, then you can buy a service and provide us with the login detail.
Note: For the implementation of another CDN, we will charge an additional fee for setting up that CDN.
