Frequently asked questions

How long does the speed up process usually take?

It generally takes 2-4 business days for us to work through the entire process, but often we’ll diagnose and fix the root cause of your site’s speed issues within 24 hours. So you may well begin to see an improvement in your site’s speed in just 1 day’s time.

I require more than one site to be fixed, can you help?
Yes,

Our WordPress Speed Optimization Service covers a single site, but if you need help with more than one site, you can email us (harry@wpspeedmaster.com) for a discount on additional sites.

Can you get my site loading in 1 second or less?
Primarily, it depends on the size and page’s element & your hosting environment. With a good hosting & a well-coded website, you can expect a site to load in 1.5-2.5 seconds. For overseas visitors, expect to see an additional 1-1.5 second additional load time for them.
Are you performing the work on my website while it’s live?
Partly YES.

First we clone your site and insert it into a testing environment, thus enabling us to do A/B testing with no risk of disruption to your live site. Once everything is ready, we implement the changes on your live website.

Every website environment is different than another website and needs special treatment.

We first test w3 Total cache, Comet Cache, Wpfastercache or Wp rocket on your website and monitor the result to achieve maximum performance.

Then, we apply our advance speed optimization checklist.

Do You Guarantee Better Grades On PageSpeed Insights (Etc)
Our objective is optimal real-world performance, not necessarily better grades/scores on this (or any other) best practices tool. A website’s grades or scores on such tools and its real-world performance can be, and often are, two distinct things.

Page speed insight

PageSpeed Insights checks to see if a page has applied common performance best practices but does not account for all the factors that can affect a page’s speed […] As a result, while the score is correlated with the speed of a page, it is not completely representative of the real world user experience.
